1.个人参观：可在参观当日的上午8:00起通过线上取票的方式，录入姓名及有效身份证件（身份证、港澳台居民居住证/通行证、护照、社会保障卡、外国人永久居留身份证）编号，取得入馆二维码，在观众入口处凭码或刷身份证、第三代社保卡、外国人永久居留身份证入馆；或在我馆现场，凭有效身份证件，线下取票入馆。
Individual visitors may commence online ticketing from 8:00 on the day of their visit, by inputting their name and the number of their valid identification documents (such as ID card, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Residents' Residence Permit/Travel Permit, Passport, Social Security Card, or Foreign Permanent Resident ID card) to obtain an admission QR code. They may then enter the art museum at the visitor entrance by presenting the QR code, or by scanning their ID card, Third-generation Social Security Card, or Foreign Permanent Resident ID card. Alternatively, visitors may obtain tickets on-site at the art museum by presenting their valid identification documents.
2.团队参观：组织超过20人以上参观，请提前3天致电0551-62806811，申请团队票。
For groups consisting of over 20 individuals, kindly contact 0551-62806811 at least three days in advance to apply for group tickets.
1.参观当日，请凭入馆二维码、线下票或刷本人身份证、第三代社保卡、外国人永久居留身份证入馆。
On the day of your visit, please access Anhui Art Museum by presenting your admission QR code, a physical ticket, or by scanning one of the following personal identification documents: your ID card, your Third-generation Social Security Card, or your Foreign Permanent Resident ID card.
2.请自觉接受安全检查，禁止携带易燃、易爆等危险品和国家明令禁止的物品。
Please comply with the security check voluntarily. The carrying of flammable, explosive, and other hazardous materials, as well as items explicitly prohibited by national regulations, is strictly forbidden.
3.身高 1.2 米以上未成年人须实名预约；身高 1.2 米以下未成年人、行动不便的老年人及其他特殊游客，须由 1-2 名监护人陪同入馆并注意安全。
Minors who are taller than 1.2 meters are required to register with their full legal names before entering the art museum. Those individuals who are under 1.2 meters in height, senior citizens with limited mobility, and other visitors with special needs must be accompanied by one to two guardians and be mindful of safety precautions.
4.下列人员可凭本人有效证件，由工作人员指引，优先快速入馆：现役军人及同行家属、公安民警、消防救援人员、医护人员、革命烈士家属、残障人士、省级ABCD四类高层次人才或江淮优才卡持卡人员、无偿献血荣誉证持证人员、70周岁以上老人、孕妇等。
The following individuals may enter the art museum with priority and expedited service by presenting their valid identification and following the staff's guidance: active military personnel and their accompanying family members, police officers, firefighters, medical personnel, families of revolutionary martyrs, individuals with disabilities, holders of Provincial Level A, B, C, or D High-level Talent cards or Jianghuai Excellence cards, recipients of the Honorary Certificate for Voluntary Blood Donation, seniors aged 70 and above, pregnant women, and others.
5.下列人员谢绝入馆：酗酒者；衣冠不整者；无民事行为能力且无监护人陪同者；携带宠物者。
The following individuals are denied entry to the art museum: those who are intoxicated; those in improper attire; those lacking legal capacity without the accompaniment of a guardian; those carrying pets.
6.当馆内参观人数超过最大日承载量8500人次或瞬时承载量3000人次时，我馆将启动限流措施，敬请谅解。如遇入场观众较多，请您排队耐心等候。
Should the number of visitors inside the art museum exceeds the maximum daily capacity of 8500 persons or the instantaneous capacity of 3000 persons, we will implement crowd control measures. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. In the event of a high volume of visitors, please queue patiently and await your turn.
请文明参观，且遵守以下注意事项：
1.禁止进入一米线内观看展品，不可触摸展品；
No entry is permitted within the safety perimeter of the exhibits, and touching the exhibits is strictly prohibited.
2.禁止在馆内吸烟、奔跑、大声喧哗；
No smoking, running, or loud talking is allowed within the art museum.
3.禁止在展厅内饮食；
No eating or drinking is allowed in the exhibition halls.
4.未经允许，请勿携带摄影三角架、大中型专业摄像机、无人机等可能影响展品和观众安全的器材设备进馆；
Unless authorized, the use of photography tripods, large and medium-sized professional cameras, drones, and other equipment that may pose a risk to the safety of exhibits and visitors is strictly prohibited.
5.请勿携带可发射弹丸或液体的玩具枪、滑板车、摇摇车等可能影响展品和观众安全的物品进馆；
Please do not bring items such as toy guns that can fire pellets or liquids, skateboards, or rocking cars that may pose a safety risk to the exhibits and visitors.
6.请勿擅自在馆内进行讲解、教学、直播或录播等活动；
No unauthorized activities such as guided tours, teaching, live streaming, or recording are allowed within the art museum.
7.请勿擅自在馆内推销商品、散发广告；
No unauthorized soliciting or distributing of goods or advertisements is permitted within the art museum.
8.请勿擅自在展厅内使用水油性笔及各类颜料；
No unauthorized use of water-based or oil-based pens and various paints is allowed within the exhibition halls.
9.请勿在展厅内使用闪光灯、自拍杆拍照；
No use of flash photography or selfie sticks is permitted within the exhibition halls.
10.请勿有其它影响公共安全和秩序的行为；
No other behaviors that may disrupt public safety and order are allowed.
11.如遇突发事件，请服从工作人员安排。
